Researchers have completed patient enrollment in a Phase II clinical study for Opamtistomig, a bispecific antibody developed by Nanjing Leads Biolabs, aimed at treating advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC). This study, which includes 70 patients, follows promising results from earlier phases that indicated a favorable safety profile and effective tumor response. Opamtistomig targets PD-L1 and 4-1BB, potentially offering a more effective treatment option for this aggressive cancer type, which currently has limited therapeutic options.
