Researchers have launched a Phase IIb clinical trial for a new treatment aimed at Tourette Syndrome (TS) in adults. The study, conducted by NeuroThera Labs at the Yale Child Study Center, will evaluate a proprietary cannabinoid-based drug called SCI-110. This innovative treatment combines dronabinol, a synthetic form of THC, with palmitoylethanolamide, aiming to reduce tics and related symptoms while minimizing side effects.
